I get the email for events at Crossroads and here is what was at the end of the email I recently received...

To those of you who found last weekend's music too loud or inappropriate for our stage, we would like to apologize. We definitely did not intend to offend anyone and do not normally book bands who play at such volumes. We recognize that musical tastes differ but we do not ever want to alienate or distress you, our customers and audiences, and will try hard not to repeat our errors of last weekend again. Should you ever find that the music at the stage is too loud for your tastes, our Sound Technician will now be able to offer you a free packet of earplugs!
